Asphalt Paving
Asphalt paving is a prime choice for cost-effective, all-weather roadways, parking lots and driveways throughout the nation. Asphalt paving mitigates dust issues, is an effective noise reduction material and helps effectively address safety concerns such as tripping hazards. When Asphalt Paving is properly installed and maintained, it can have an expected life of 20 years or more.
Resurface Asphalt
As asphalt ages it may become worn but may not be to the point of needing total replacement. This is where an overlay would be a great option. An overlay is a process where 1.5’’ -2’’ of asphalt is installed over the existing asphalt. The new layer adds years to your asphalt surface with a fraction of the cost of completely removing and replacing your existing asphalt.
Asphalt Patching
Patching your existing pavement is a fast and cost-effective option. Patching is most used for potholes and trench repairs but can also be used for large cracks in asphalt or alligatored areas. There are many ways to patch asphalt, depending on the repair we will either mill out the existing asphalt or saw cut and remove it. We will then reinforce the base material underneath the asphalt and then install new hot asphalt.
